3BL – Road To Mexico (Challenger)

Date: 16 & 17 September, 2017 Venue: Ambience Mall, Gurugram. Thanks to the man in charge, Mr.Rohit Bakshi, 3×3 made its official arrival into the country with a special showcase event called the ‘3×3 Road To Mexico’ challenger.

2018

June 9

3BL Season 2018 – Round 1

Dates: 9 & 10 June, 2018 Venue: Great India Place Mall, Noida & Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida. The first round of the first season witnessed quite a bit of a hurdle due to the adverse weather conditions but that didn’t stop us from giving the fans a much needed dose of 3×3.

3BL Season 2018 – Round 2

Dates: 22 & 23 June, 2018 Venue: Hawla Indoor Stadium, Aizawl. Round 2 saw 3BL make its way to the extreme corner of the country -Aizawl, Mizoram where we saw some of the best fans in India experience some high octane 3×3.

July 7

3BL Season 2018 – Round 3

Dates: 7 & 8 July, 2018 Venue: South Point Mall, Kolkata. Players like Leandro Souza de Lima, Kyle Benton and Naiel Smith debuted at Round 3 but it was Kiran Shastri that stirred up a storm in Kolkata and raised the bar of the competition.

3BL Season 2018 – Round 4

Dates: 21 & 22 July, 2018 Venue: Forum Vijaya Mall, Chennai. Following round 3, teams were well prepared to battle it out in 3BL especially the first time winners, Bangalore Machas.

August 11

3BL Season 2018 – Round 5

Dates: 11 & 12 August, 2018 Venue: Phoenix Marketcity, Bengaluru Wet, Wild & Posterized! That sums up Round 5 in Bangalore as the rains played spoil sport. But that didn’t stop us as we witnessed the highest number of slam dunks in a round.

3BL Season 2018 – Round 6

Dates: 25 & 26 August, 2018 Venue: Phoenix Marketcity, Mumbai. The final round in Mumbai was a feisty one filled with action, intensity and drama which resulted in Delhi Hoopers being crowned India’s Number 1 3×3 team along with a qualification for the FIBA 3×3 World Tour: Hyderabad Masters 2018.

FIBA 3×3 World Tour Hyderabad Masters 2018

Dates: 22 & 23 September, 2018 Venue: People’s Plaza, Hyderabad This is the first time India hosts an official 3×3 event with three teams from India participating such as Delhi 3BL, Bangalore 3BL and Hyderabad 3BL. They compete for two days for the pride to represent their city, a USD 200,000 cheque and a chance to qualify for the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Bloomage Beijing Final.

3BL Women Season 2019 – Round 1

Dates: 4 August, 2019 Venue: Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar The wait is over! 3BL introduces the Women’s League for the first time India, presenting our female ballers a unique opportunity to showcase their skill.

Dates: 9 August, 2019 Venue: Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar After the first round, the women upped their ante and impressed everyone present with their strength and endurance!

Conference A: 10 August, 2019 Conference B: 11 August, 2019 Venue: Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar The best way to describe this round would be ‘absolute destruction’ as all the teams brought on their ‘A’ game to Jalandhar!

Dates: 16 August, 2019 Venue: Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar If you want something done, you ask a woman! Our female ballers bossed Round 3 by enthralling spectators with their dominant style of play.

Conference A: 17 August, 2019 Conference B: 18 August, 2019 Venue: Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar This was a round like no other as everyone present witnessed one of the most iconic game winning moment in 3BL featuring Inderbir Singh Gill!

Conference A: 14 September, 2019 Conference B: 15 September, 2019 Venue: Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar 3BL’s competitive nature brought out a ton of emotions, intensity and excellence from the players at Round 4.

3BL Season 2022 – Round 1

Conference A: 8th March, 2022 Conference B: 9th March, 2022 Venue: Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali The Basketball Federation of India (BFI) and International Basketball Federation (FIBA) backed 3×3 Pro Basketball League (3BL) returned for the third straight season for men and women with all the games played at Hotel Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali.

3BL Women’s League 2022 – Round 1

Date: 9th March, 2022 Venue: Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali The first round of the 3BL Women’s League 2022 tipped off to a horror start as Spanish import Ari Geli suffered a knee injury ending her season on the spot. But the show went on and the women put on a show like never before with Delhi Divas winning the first round!

Conference A: 10th March, 2022 Conference B: 11th March, 2022 Venue: Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali Spanish 3×3 specialist Carlos Martinez proved his calibre, leading Mumbai Heroes to an impressive Men’s Conference ‘A’ Round 2 title. Despite losing to Gurugram Masters in the initial pool stages, Mumbai Heroes elevated their play in the finals to clinch their first Round title

3BL Women’s League 2022 – Round 2

Date: 11th March, 2022 Venue: Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali Defending champions Kochi Stars opened their account in 3BL Women’s League, winning their first ‘Round’ title. Under the leadership of Indian national team centre Stephy Nixon, Kochi Stars survived a stiff challenge from Pune Panthers. However, in the title game, it was Nixon who stamped her class.

3BL Season 2022 – Round 3

Conference A: 12th March, 2022 Conference B: 13th March, 2022 Venue: Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali There seemed to be no stopping Ahmedabad Wingers in 3BL Men’s Conference ‘B’, as they clinched their third straight ‘Round’ title. The Wingers squad boasts of Indian basketball’s ‘Big Two’ of centre Amritpal Singh and playmaker Vishesh Bhriguvanshi.
